Acceptance of Terms

Content on the Site is provided for general information about air conditioner repair, HVAC maintenance, and related services. It is not a guarantee of availability, pricing, or results for a specific system. For an accurate recommendation, we may need an on-site AC diagnostic.

Estimates & Approvals

Any estimate shared online, by phone, or by email is a non-binding starting point. Final pricing can depend on diagnostics, parts availability, system condition, access, and safety requirements. Repairs and replacements are performed only after you approve the scope and price.

Appointments & Access

When you book service, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to equipment, including indoor units, outdoor condensers, breakers, and thermostats. If access is restricted or unsafe, the visit may be rescheduled or limited. Please secure pets and clear the area around the HVAC equipment before arrival.

Cancellations & Delays

If you need to reschedule, please notify us as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. Arrival times are provided as windows. Traffic, weather, and earlier emergency AC repair calls can affect timing, but we aim to communicate updates quickly.

Repairs & Parts

Some AC repairs require specialized parts or manufacturer lead times. If a part is unavailable, we may offer temporary steps, alternative parts, or a return visit. Replaced parts may be retained for warranty or disposal unless you request them at the time of service.

Refrigerant Service

Refrigerant work may involve leak detection, repair options, and recharging to manufacturer specifications. If a leak is present, adding refrigerant alone is not a permanent fix. We will explain findings, options, and expected outcomes before proceeding with any refrigerant service.

Maintenance Visits

HVAC maintenance is designed to reduce breakdown risk, improve efficiency, and spot issues early. A tune-up may include filter checks, coil inspection, drain line testing, electrical review, thermostat verification, and airflow evaluation. Maintenance cannot prevent every failure, especially on older systems.

Warranties

Warranty coverage, if offered, may vary by service type and parts used. Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible parts under their terms. Labor or workmanship warranties, if provided, cover the specific repair performed and do not extend to unrelated failures or pre-existing damage.

Payments
